I had an amazing experience at this hotel! the location is truly fascinating, with a picturesque view of the beach. the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities one could need. the staff is highly professional and helpful, making sure every guest is taken care of. the breakfast offers a wide variety of options, catering to everyone's preferences. the spa and gym facilities are top-notch, providing the perfect opportunity to relax and rejuvenate.
The lack of warm water for half a day.

Had a fantastic time this Easter at a luxurious historical building. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional providing excellent service. Enjoyed the lavish spa and gym facilities during our stay and the breakfast was a real treat, perfect for both gluten-free and non-gluten-free diets. The location was ideal, surrounded by greenery and easy access to the most popular tourist attractions.
A few things should be improved as we experienced several problems during our stay. The room's TV was too small and the projector was not working during the World Cup match despite being a long-known issue.

This hotel provides a top-notch luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a beautiful sun terrace, heated swimming pool and garden area. the staff's service was impeccable, making me feel like a VIP guest. I could fully relax thanks to the massage and sauna facilities. the restaurant offered special diet menus, and the private facilities in the room were exceptional.
The only minor issue I found was that there was no view from the room. this was not a significant flaw as there were plenty of common areas with breathtaking views.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed by the beautiful building and intimate atmosphere of the hotel. We loved the warm and friendly staff who were knowledgeable about the surrounding area and eager to make our stay enjoyable. the breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options to suit every taste and we appreciated the luxurious spa facilities.
the lack of hot water for half a day and malfunctioning projector during important events were frustrating and unexpected for a luxury hotel.
